A beautiful end of the day, a beautiful calm evening at Woman's Bay, on Kodiak Island, Alaska. It was our first ocean kayaking trip, even though is was in a pretty well protected bay, it was still very exciting! My daughter and I fell in love with the sport.

Whether it's a dog, patiently waiting to be let in, or an old cowboy, looking at the fire. When I'm out hiking in the darkness, using a headlamp to see, wondering what sunrise will bring, is a special time, then the wonder of the sun coming up, bathing everything with it's light, is an incredible moment, being in touch with nature.
