Description
A glorious fall morning above Bear Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park. It was one of the amazing mornings with peak fall colors in this aspen stand. One does a quite a bit of "bouldering" in this stand of aspens, of which before I captured this image, I has slipped and fell right on to my chest (protecting the camera) and slightly cracked a rib, Made breathing very painful and difficult the rest of the morning. But the colors were so amazing, I just couldn't stop clicking away!

A beautiful golden aspen grove with glorious light. You really were a trooper to keep clicking with a cracked rib, Steven. Ouch!!! A true, dedicated photographer.

Beautifully back-lit aspen glow Steven. I really like how there is a very abstract feel to this image due.to your crop of the grove of aspens. Wonderfully done.

There is nothing more glorious than the aspen of Colorado in the fall. I love the composition of this...the clump of aspens seeming to spring from the rocks...sharing!
